200 grams of milk chocolate (i used Callebaut for both the milk & dark)
200 grams of bitter sweet or dark chocolate
300 grams of no fat evaporated milk or heavy cream
1/2 cup of butter
30-32 oreo cookies
crushed nuts (i used almonds) to garnish
4) Freeze the base until your chocolate mixture is ready to be poured in the next step.
8) Add chocolate mixture to the Oreo base.
10) Garnish with crushed nuts before you serve.
