4 tablespoons of avocado mayo
4 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1-2 tablespoons of coconut maple sugar
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of dill or 1 tablespoons of chives (optional)
3-4 boiled eggs
1 head of steamed cauliflower
1 golden onion chopped
3-4 stalks of chopped celery optional (optional)
2) Chop onions and celery if you are using celery.
3) Boil eggs to hard boiled. Peel and chop.
4) Combined cooked, chopped cauliflower, chopped onion, celery and hard boiled eggs in a mixing bowl.
