2.5 cups of quick cook Oats
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1/3 cup of peanut butter (i used the powdered, peanut butter)
1/3 cup of honey
1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips
OPTIONS: you can add any dried fruit, nuts or berries instead of the chocolate chips.
TIP: If the honey/coconut oil mixture is too hot, it will melt the chocolate chips.
Makes about 20 bars
