1 avocado
1/2 cup of rice bread crumbs or regular bread crumbs
1 tablespoon of garlic
1/2 - 1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
black pepper to taste
2) Mix well
4) Grill for 15-20 mins until brown and cooked.
