1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 tsp of water
any type of fillings you choose: sliced beef/saugage, cheese, sauteed onions, yellow/red peppers.
TIP: I did another tray with egg whites and added 1/2 tsp of ground cumin, 1/8 tsp of tumeric, 1/2 tsp of paprika in addition to the salt and pepper. I used some left over cooked ground beef, thin cheese slices and some yellow peppers.
2) Line muffin trays with cupcake liners.
3) Mix eggs with salt, pepper and water ( and any other spices).
6) Bake for 20-25 mins. Until the eggs rise and look like muffins.
