1/2 cucumber chopped in small pieces
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of coriander powder
1/4 tsp of cumin powder
1/4 tsp of ground ginger powder
1 tablespoon of maple or coconut sugar
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
1 cup of yogurt
2) Mix yogurt with with sugar and spices.
3) Strain cucumbers to ensure all water is removed before adding to yogurt mixture.
4) Add cucumbers to yogurt mixture and garnish with chopped cilantro.
