1 pound of extra lean ground chicken
1 onion
2 tablespoons of garlic

3 stalks of green onion
1 can of water chestnuts
1 tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon of sesame oil
3 teaspoons of sriracha sauce
1 head of iceberg lettuce
Ingredients for dipping sauce:
1 tsp of mustard, 2 tsp of sriracha, 1 tsp of mayonaise, 2 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of hoisin sauce, 1 tsp of sesame oil
