1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
2 cans of organic tomato sauce
1 chopped onion
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of chopped/crushed garlic
1 tablespoon of italian seasoning
1-2 basil leaves (garnish)
sprinkle of Parmesan cheese (garnish)
4) Bring to a simmer and turn heat to low and cover for approx. 10 mins.
5) Garnish with lemon juice and basil leaves.
